Type of resources, and the study was conducted on a sample of firms in the industrial zone of Setif, these firms are : IRIS, MAMI, ENPEC, LA BELLE.
resources in management and operating more than average, The study also shows that the firms are conscious of the need for these resources to raise performance and achieve future gains in the case of investing in them.
They generally invest in a medium degree in their intangible resources.
