The objective of this study is to determine the role of organizational justice in achieving superior university performance in a sample of teaching in the college of economics -university of Tlemcen..

To achieve the goals of this study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 90 subjects.

(Spss) program was used by utilizing a group of statistical means such as; descriptive statistical measures, simple regressions analysis, analysis Pearson s correlation matrix, stepwise regression analysis.

The most important results of this study are as follows! - The study showed that there is a medium degree of organizational justice and superior university performance -There is a statistically significant relationship between the organizational justice and superior university performance - There is a statistically significant effect of organizational justice upon superior university performance In the light of research finding .researchers developed a set of recommendation and proposals
