Abstract EN

The present study aims to know the impact of administrative development on improving instrumental performance at Jordanian institution for standards and metrology to promote its service level and to contribute in building a strong market position .

To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of (170) participants.

Suitable statistical methods were used to answer the questions of the study and testing its hypothesis.
