The aim of the study was to highlight the role of lean thinking practices for human resources management represented in the (soft skills, agile actions, agile behaviors and multi-functional workers) in achieving the administrative innovation of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj.

And 31 were valid forstatistical processing.

The study found that the level of rational thinking practices for human resource management is low, while the level of managerial creativity is high from the perspective of the faculty staff.

The study also found that there is a significant correlation between the variables of the study.
