Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation palestinian university students for the response of the palestinian laws to the standards of justice in civil and political rights , and detect whether there is a statistically significant differences when responding significance level (a<0.05) between the mean scores estimated the university students sample due lo the variable (sex and college, political affiliation ) .

to achieve this, the researcher follow the descriptive approach through the application of a questionnaire consists of 53 items distributed on three areas : (personal and civil rights , political rights and the public , and the safeguards and controls) on a sample of 195 students from universities in Gaza govemorate.

the study found:-total degree to estimate the respondents over the palestinian laws to standards of justice in civil and political rights in response equal to (57.81%), moderately, where he received the field (personal and civil rights) in the first rank the relative weight (59.83%) and the field (the safeguards and supervision) ranked last the relative weight (56.01%).-there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0.05) between the mean scores estimate college students to the extent of palestinian laws to the standards of justice in civil and political rights, which are attributable to variable sex response, college, while any differences because of the political affiliation variable in favor of affiliation in light of the findings the study recommended : -work to expand and spread the culture of law , and its relationship to justice in all state institutions by increasing public knowledge and judicial authorities.-work to clarify the characteristic features of the concept of justice and support to confirm the relationship between man and respect for authority, and controlled by human and legal provisions for university students and the obligations of the characteristics of human attributes and pluralism constitute development.
