The study aims to determine months of fatigue, thermal comfort, and to clarify the monthly, seasonal, and spatial of the heat effectiveness at the level of Alexandria city, which is reflected in the number of hours of use fan, Air conditioners, and Heaters in modifying heat effectiveness, and then the monthly variation of the electricity consumption.

The study axes: elements the heat effectiveness, the heat effectiveness of monthly and seasonal, modifying the heat effectiveness, and electricity consumption and its relationship to heat effectively.

The study concluded that a number of findings and recommendations, including: similar of monthly household consumption of electricity, despite difference in the heat effectiveness of monthly and number of hours use of fan, air conditioner, and heater, which means effect of other factors in the electricity consumption, especially in months low the temperature, possibly related to electrical geysers.
