Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the ethics of the teaching profession and the extent of the commitment of teachers of Arabic language and their teachers in the Directorate of Education in Anbar province, this ethics from the point of view of principals and their principals.

The study sample consisted of (56) managers and directors, 34 of whom were directors and 22 managers of the Anbar Governorate Education Directorate.

In order to implement the study, researchers prepared the study tool, which is a tool for collecting data related to the study objective.

The results of the study showed that the mean averages ranged between (3.29-3.18).

The field of relation between the Arabic language teachers and their teachers ranked first with the highest average of 3.29 ).

The field of Arabic teachers 'relationship with their teachers came in second place with an average of 3.20.

The field of Arabic teachers' relationship with their colleagues came in last rank with an average of 3.18 and the mean of the instrument as a whole was 3.17.

Also no atmosphere D) Differences of statistical significance (α = 1.15) attributed to the effect of gender, scientific qualification and managerial experience in all fields.

In the light of the results, the study made several recommendations and suggestions .
