The research is concerned with studying the various and varied problems within the problematic of the development of Arabic music.

The researchers are trying to identify these problems and present them with a scientific research approach to serve the cause of the development of the Arab musical culture and contribute to its transfer from the private to the public, because of its importance and depth in the history Music Art.

Therefore, the researchers relied on the methodological facts in the writings of specialists in Arabic music, which showed the status of Arabic music within its society, as well as its position in the international methodological music, and their aspirations since the first music conference in Cairo in 1932 and until now.

To contribute effectively to solving all the problems facing the development of Arabic music.

Therefore, the researchers relied on the critical research approach within the plan of this research, based on the discussion of facts and opinions about what is recognized in the subject of the importance of Arabic music and the problems of its development, And reaching conclusions according to the objective of this research.
