Abstract EN

The objectives of this paper are to show the relation between the management of the intellectual capital and the sustainable development.

Through this study we tried to present a definition and the role of intellectual capital and sustainable development, to show the conditions of the sustainable development, and activation of the global economy to be inside management intellectual capital foundations, which is the principle resource for sustainable development.

At the end, we arrived to a number of results and recommendations among it the importance of the management of the intellectual capital and its role in sustainable development.
