Abstract EN

The concept of managing the crisis means the way to overcome them, and control the pressure and track, and trends, and avoid the negatives, and take advantage of the pluses and achieve maximum gains in the shortest time and reduce losses to a minimum.

Thus, one of the functions of public relations is to prevent crises, and overcome them when they occur, and this so-called crisis management.

As the public relations play a significant role and effectively in the event of crisis, especially as the results unwanted crises reflected on individuals regardless of the type and level of the crisis.
