Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the requirements of developing commercial banks websites in Algeria through investigating and evaluating the foundations and criteria of managing and designing websites for providing customers with perfect services.

For this purpose, we have presented diverse criteria of developing websites and methods of evaluation.

The study relays on proceeding to multiple comparisons of many commercial banks' websites particularly public banks in order to know the efficacy, service quality, the content, the credit card system, finds transfer, account checking, the interface and information service, customer service, the easy-to-use and getting the website.

Through these comparisons, we have obtained deferent results and we have recommended and suggested many repoints that will back up the development of banking websites.
