Abstract EN

This research focuses on the use of decorative elements in the city of Samarra in Iraq (the Abbasid period), to extract new formulations and formulations.

The problem of research is how to achieve and develop the portal of the design of the design panel through the study of decorative elements in the city of Samarra in Iraq (the Abbasi era).

The objectives of the research are to develop a formal entrances to the formulation of decorative elements in new designs achieved through the diversity of form and color.

The researcher followed the historical, descriptive and experimental approach to the study of models of decorative elements in the Abbasi period.
