Abstract EN

The objective of the present study was to identify the degree to which the mathematics teachers of the primary stage in Baghdad governorate have the educational competencies based on the thinking beyond the knowledge.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the analytical descriptive method for its relevance to the study variables.

225) teachers and teachers were also selected two students from the row of each teacher and thus formed a sample of students (450) students and after the conduct of statistical analysis shows that the teachers of mathematics in the primary stage of the educational skills based on thinking beyond the (Cognitive skills, skill of assessment, review skills, control and control skills), as well as the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the degree of possession of mathematics teachers for the stage Primary in Baghdad governorate for educational competencies based on thinking beyond the knowledge in the level of thinking skills axis with their students.
