This study arms to : 1- Explain the relative pronouns in Arabic language and English .

2- Show the importance of the relative pronouns in both languages.

3- Show the similarities and the differences between the relative pronouns in both languages.

4- Prove that similarity between the two languages in relative pronouns are more than the difference.

5- Show the cases of the pronouns : nominative, accusative, genitive in both languages.
