The purpose of the research is to clarify the concept of social and ethical responsibility and its importance, especially those related to the pharmaceutical industries, to identify the nature of ethics and ethical issues in the marketing of drugs and deceptive marketing practices resulting from non-compliance with marketing ethics and the ethical principles of pharmacists.
Social partnership between drug manufacturers and healthcare providers and provide patients with the same balanced information, emphasizing that continuous health education and availability of technical information for drugs are necessary The researcher used the questionnaire in the questionnaire and distributed 150 questionnaires to the pharmacists in Baghdad, Karek and Al-Rusafa, and received 120 forms with 80%.
80 questionnaires were distributed to doctors and 60 samples were received only in full, an average of 75 %.
The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: 1.
It is the responsibility of the pharmacists to understand and guide patients in the way of using the drug and follow the instructions and advice of the doctor and not to increase the drug without consulting the doctor and pharmacist.

The results of the study and the pharmacists' answers revealed the presence of some factors affecting the flow and flow of medicines, including inefficient transport, storage and packaging, which lead to poor maintenance of medicines and their characteristics, as well as the lack of data on the external packaging of medicines and the absence of uniformity.
You need special transport equipment and means.
Through the results, the research came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are the following: 1.
The manufacturers of the drug should adopt conditions by special means for the transport of drugs and without harming them when transported, thus enhancing the good transport and storage operations.
2.
The manufacturers of drugs should pay attention to the excellence of the external packaging of medicines, whether by color, size or marking, in order to reduce the rate of error in taking the drug by the patient or dispensing with the pharmacist.
