The learning process requires both the teacher and their students to sharpen their minds and exert their efforts and dedicate their hard work to master them in the best and most complete manner.
So, education from the side of the teacher requires them to be familiar with the new knowledge in the fields of education and personality and their search for everything that is new and presented in this field, So that they can strengthen their skills, develop their talents, and develop their teaching methods, Improve their interactive behavior within the classroom, and expand their prospects for students' progress and the obstacles resulting from their inability to pursue studies and focus on activities, as a result of their low motivation and weak future aspirations.
Learning from the side of the learners requires good preparation, necessary salutation, strong response, organizing their ideas and representing the values given by new information and knowledge.
The research refers to effective strategies to enhance students' self-esteem, derived from Islamic educational thought and contemporary psychological educational studies, such as positive thinking, self-confidence, and non-reliance on negative thinking and inferiority of personality, which leads to killing the spirit of adventure and challenge, and a sense of pessimism also an increased frustration and resentment towards the new educational attitudes.
The research highlights the importance of motivating students, which facilitates the process of classroom management and not resorting to ineffective methods to refine student behavior, resulting from daily routines, coercive management, relying on a single pattern, and the continuity of lessons at a single pace.
Because, The renewal and diversity of strategies and methods used lead to deliver a sense of importance and to assume the appropriate status of each learner within the classroom, and thus give students to have confidence and the positive outlook of the personality and its role, also the sense of responsibility.
