Relationship between acceptance and commitment of supervision recommendations.

The researcher depended on descriptive method for his research.

The research has been represented by the current Arabic Language teachers in General Directorate of Education in Baghdad, Third Risafa who are 919 teachers, the sample was 183 teachers divided into three classifications (sex, academic qualification and service period).

The researcher has based the research two tools, acceptance level and commitment of supervision recommendations, on the scientific procedures.

The acceptance level was consisting of 33 clauses and of supervision recommendations consist of 10 clauses.

The research results showed that there’s an acceptance of supervisors by the Arabic Language teachers and there’s a commitment with the supervision recommendations by the teachers, the results also showed that there’s a relationship between level of acceptance and commitment of supervision recommendations which is a positive extreme relationship.
