Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the mind habits-based instructional strategy for improving the deductive reasoning of the10th grade students.

To achieve the objective Served quasi-experimental approach test were developed was (25)item deductive reasoning.

The test administered to a sample of (100) male and female 10th grade students, from four public schools.

The schools were purposefully selected on convenient grounds.

The experimental group(52) included 2sections (male, female) and the other 2 sections including (48) students served as the control group for this study.

the experimental group was teach by on the mind habits instructional strategy.

the control group via the traditional method of teaching.

The results of the study showed statistically significant differences at the (α=0.05) level on the joint deductive thinking skills posttest favoring the experimental group.
