Abstract EN

This research deals with the impact of the Arabic language and its role in understanding the legal texts of the Qur'aan and Sunnah.

It is not possible to understand what God and His Messenger want except by knowing the rules of Arabic and its methods because these texts are Arabic.

In this research, I tried to show the importance of learning Arabic and to encourage scientists to know it, and applied practical examples of the impact of Arabic on interpretation, understanding of Hadith and its impact on the extraction of jurisprudential rulings and their diversity
