Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the training needs for teaching faculty members at al-balqa Applied University as they perceive them.

The study instrument was conducted after verifying its validity and reliability on a sample of 120 teaching faculty members.

Sixty-Five were from Al-husn University College and Fifty-Five were from Irbid University College.

The study results revealed the existence of training need for the teaching faculty members with a high degree in the field of instruction of scientific research and community service there were as statistically significant difference that could be attributed to the study variabl, (college, sex, years of experience( qualification, academic rank).

However, there were statistically significant different that could be attributed to the variable of training in favor of the members getting previous training.
