Abstract EN

This research Judies the hi&orical debate on non-Muslim's entry to Medina and the prophet's mosque, and the time period of their appropriate Say, and the importance of clarifying all of these subjects' aspects for it is needed in our time.

Also, it represents the hi&orical events that occurred in the era of the prophet and the reign of both the caliphs Abu-Bakr and Omar, and it also reveals the texts that are linked to this issue and ways to benefit from them in similar situations.

With reference that there is not a detailed &udy on this subject, as for the curriculum of the researcher, it used a descriptive method and an illu&rative, analytical approach in viewing the texts and the hi&orical events that are involved in this case hi&orically and to achieve applied results.
