Abstract EN

The research deals with the doctrine of Altabry in the duty of washing the two legs in the ablution(wudu’), as the scholars opinions varied in this matter as some of them said to wipe the legs, some said to wash it and other said to choose one of them, and in this research the evidence of his opinion which the same of the Sunnis and the scholars.
