Abstract EN

This brief paper addresses one of the most important issues of our intellectual and cultural heritage.

It sheds some light on the problem of relation of the Arabic manuscripts to their author.

It was taken from Kamal Al-Din Muhammad Ibn Talha Ibn Muhammad Ibn Al-Hasan Al-Qurashi Al-Nusseibi, who died on the 27th of Rajab in Aleppo (652 AH/1254 CE) and one of the well known people of the Ayyubid state (567 648 AH /1171-1250) who had an important role in Islamic thought, and the author of the book: “Qualities of the elements of King Al-Nasser councils”.

The book: “The History of the ruins of Damietta and what was happening from the era of Noah to the last state of the Turk”.

was attributed to him by mistake.

I introduced him and his most prominent elders and students.

Then, I presented the scientific evidence that the manuscript was not written by him but it was written by Al-Maqrizi (Taqi Al-Din Ahmad Bin Ali Bin Abdul Qadir Bin Muhammad), died in (845 AH /1443 AD), which is part of his famous book “Preaching and thoughtfulness of mentioning the plans and the remains”.

But I did not confirm the real motive behind the relation of this manuscript to Al-Nussaibi, it may be intentional for a commercial or psychological end, or even the suspicion, negligence, ignorance or another intention.
