Abstract EN

The study aims to investigate the type of rationality in patients with renal insufficiency.

Therefore, the clinical method based on the case study is based on the study tools in clinical interviews, clinical observations, and the Rorschach test applied to a research group represented in two cases of Renal Hospital in Marwani Abed Hospital in Alshatia- Chlef.

The psychosomatic approach of Pierre Marti was adopted.

After analyzing the content of the interviews and the protocols of Rorschach, we verify the validity of the hypothesis that we started from that rationalization in patients with renal impairment is of the bad type.

In light of these results, we recommend the need for psychosocial care in addition to medical treatment, using relaxation technique and Karl Rogers, to raise the cases to the maximum possible degree of mental employment and the ability to rationalize psychological tensions that will enable the kidneys to recover.
