the financial policy is one of the most important economic policies, used by countries as a tool to influence the growth and the employment, namely increasing the output and creating jobs and working to achieve economic and social progress.

the success of the Algerian financial policy depends on the government ability to guide the revenues of the general budget which is represented by the tax and the hydrocarbon revenues to cover public expenditures in both, its investment and its current one.

for the purpose of achieving economic and social development.

since the independence, the Algerian economy has passed by diverse changes in the concepts and ideologies as well as strategies, and the fluctuations in fuel prices, which is the primary financial resource of the Algerian economy, public finances significantly affected the center and consequently on financial policy and its role in achieving economic balance.
