Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the micro-teaching strategy which is one of the strategies that must be met in teachers training programs.

This study will cover in detail and sum up everything related to this strategy; starting with presenting a historical overview of micro teaching, some definitions; as well as studies related to it.

We will tackle the hypotheses and principles on which it is based.

We will also show the educational skills it develops ; besides, a general description of how to prepare for its programs, and how the method is criticized by the trainees.

Finally, we will give general observations for its success.
