The topic dealt with « the change of the concept of contract in the french law, lecture from the content of the article 1101 of the french civil code » moreover researching the concept of contract to the amendement of article 1101 as it is stated in the order 2016-131, witch change tge concept from convention to will agreement, in the other side the concept expended its roles and making it as an transporter and changerand obligation finsher, befor it was only ceating obligation.
