By the adoption of the electronic signature certification system by the Algerian legislator, under the provisions of the law no.

15-04 of 1 February 2015 laying down general rules on the E-signature and certification, the contract of ratification of the electronic signature appeared as an unnamed contract in the field of practical life.

However, it was not followed by a special legislative arrangement, which made very difficult its adaption and determination of its legal nature.

This is why we try to search, through this article, about the most appropriate adaptation of this contract and try to introduce it within the scope of contracts known either traditional or modern.
