Abstract EN

This study attempts to identify a part of the monetary approach of Imam Hafiz Abi Bakr Bin Al Arabi in the sciences of Hadith through monitoring the places in which he objected "mercy of ALLAH on his soul" to the rulings of Imam Al-Tirmidhi in his Sunan, by following his book ElAridat and other books.

It was found after the research that he " May Allah have mercy on him" had corrected many times what Tirmidhi outed as a good or a weak, and he is outed as a weak in many positions, the hadiths corrected by Tirmidhi or was noted as good by him.

In the discussion presented by the research, it was found that those provisions were often reinforced by correctness, since they were based on the consent of the critics and their judgments.

Despite this, al-Tirmidhi's position among the critics in this field; but Ibn al-Arabi penetrated this section was the critic and conservative and involved in the knowledge of narrators and the conditions of the novel, which confirms his entitlement to the rank of Hafiz and diligent that many scientists have indicated, and clearly confirms that he has a critical approach a privileged position to compete with top critics in the east and the west.
