Abstract EN

The LMD education system needs many ways and strategies to achieve effective and qualitative education ,to achieve the quality of university education ,and this what the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research is looking .

for through and integrated mechamism in training ,teaching and takecare of the student ,epecially deving the first year of the license .

And among the ways is providing session to teach the students all what is related to univercty from education ,concerns, study stunctures and spaces related to universcty life and the his proffessional project .This mechanism is called Tutoring.

In order to system .we have tried through this study, to ensure that the objectives were achieved by checking the aspects of the tutorat : commucative ,pedagogical, methodological, , psychological, technical ,and professional , to know the degree of contribution of each aspect and its order in the process .

The study used the descriptive approach, on a sample of 20 teachers in the departement of psychology who studied Tutoring, by using an exploratony questionnaire.

tne study revealed the folowing resutrs : the pedagogical aspect has ranked the ferst, the communicative one came in second, the third one is the methodological, the psychological one was the forth , the preffessional was the fifth , and the last one is technical aspect.
