This study aims to show the role and the importance of the family attachment and separation anxiety issues that result the appearance the school phobia of the primary school pupils, who suffer from it, This study relies on the clinical approach applying the case study which was selected after applying the school phobia scale.

It was clearly observed that there is a real anxiety among the studied case in which there is a separation from the mother, in addition to this, the problems of the attachment become very serious especially after the birth of a younger brother.
