Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة تعرف واقع المخرج الصحفي في الصحافة الفلسطينية، و وضع مقترحات من شأنها النهوض بواقع المخرج و تطويره.

و تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية، التي استُخدم فيها المنهج المسحي، و في إطاره تم توظيف أسلوب مسح أساليب الممارسة الإعلامية، و تم جمع البيانات بأداتي صحيفة الاستقصاء، و أداة المقابلة الشخصية، و تمثل مجتمع الدراسة بالمخرجين الصحفيين العاملين بالصحف الفلسطينية في القدس و الضفة الغربية، و قطاع غزة، و وُزّعت الاستبانة على عينة عمدية قوامها (42) مفردة، خلال المدة الواقعة ما بين 2 ديسمبر 2017 و 20 يناير 2018، و اعتمدت الباحثة على نظرية القائم بالاتصال.

و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها : 1.

معظم المبحوثين درسوا مبادئ وأسس الإخراج الصحفي و ذلك بنسبة 64.3%.

2.

حصل 57.1% من المبحوثين على دورات تدريبية في مجالات الإخراج الصحفي، و كانت نسبة استفادتهم منها عالية بوزن نسبي وصل الى 78.4%.

من أبرز المهارات التي يجب أن تتوافر في المخرج الصحفي بالصحافة الفلسطينية امتلاك مهارات التصميم بما يتعلق بالذوق الفني و الألوان بنسبة 97.6% تلاه في المرتبة الثانية امتلاك مهارات عالية في برامج التصميم المختلفة بنسبة 88.1%.

و بناء على هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها : .1 على أقسام الإعلام في الجامعات الفلسطينية زيادة الاهتمام أكثر بتدريس المساقات الخاصة بالإخراج الصحفي المواكبة للتطورات الحديثة لرفد المؤسسات الإعلامية بالخبرات و الطاقات من الخريجين الشباب.

.2 توصية المؤسسات التدريبية بالتنويع في طرح الدورات التي ترتقي بأداء و مهارات المخرجين الصحفيين في المؤسسات الصحفية.

.3 إشراك المخرجين الصحفيين في دورات إخراجية متطورة و مدفوعة الأجر في الخارج من أجل التغلب على صعوبة نقص الخبرات لدى المخرجين الصحفيين الفلسطينيين.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of layout designers in Palestinian journalism and suggest methods of development.

This study belongs to the descriptive researches where the survey methodology was adopted.

Within its frame, media practices survey method was employed.

Data was collected using both the questionnaire (investigation checklist) and the interview as tools of the study.

The study population included all layout designers who work for Palestinian newspapers in Jerusalem, West Bank, and the Gaza Strip.

The questionnaire was distributed on a sample consisted of (42) respondents during the period between 2 December 2017 and 20 January 2018.

The researcher depended on the communicator theory in conducting the study.

The most important results of the study : 1.

Most of respondents already studied rules and principles of journalism layout designing representing (64.3%).

2.

A percentage of (57.1%) of the respondents received training courses in layout designing field, and largely benefited from such courses as indicated by the relative weight (78.4%).

3.

The most significant skills that the layout designers in Palestinian journalism should possess are the designing skill in respect to artistic appreciation and colors (97.6%), followed by the capability of using different software design programs (88.1%).

The most important recommendations of the study : 1.

Media departments within Palestinian universities should pay more attention to teaching layout-designing courses to keep track with modern advancements in order to provide media institutions with young graduate experts in the field.

2.

Training centers are recommended to diverse their courses aiming at improving performances and skills of layout designers in journalism institutions.

3.

Layout designers should participate in funded and developed designing courses in order to overcome the lack of expertise obstacle among Palestinian layout designers.
