Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to highlight the role of organizational culture in enhancing the social responsibility of business organizations through a study of the case of Algeria Telecom in Chlef, where we distributed 70 questionnaires and 57 forms were subject to statistical processing.

The study concluded that the level of awareness of the studied sample of the organizational culture prevailing in the institution was average, and the level of adoption of the social responsibility of the institution towards the employees, customers and the community came as mediocre as well.

The study also found that the organizational culture contributes to the enhancement of the social responsibility of Algeria Telecom Corporation in the way of its employees and customers while not contributing to the promotion of its society.
