This Study Aims at Identifying the Reality of Organizational Culture at the Public Hospitals in Benghazi City,The Questionnaire Was Used as a Main Tool for Collecting Data From The Study Population Which is Represented in All Managers in The Hospitals Under Study, The Study Used The Descriptive Method ,The Study Findings Reveal That The Dominant Type of Organizational Culture is The Performance Culture Followed by The Control Culture, Responsive Culture, And Finaly.

The Relationship Culture.

The Study Recommendations Concentrate on The Necessity of Improving The Relationship Culture.
