This Study deals with the issue of knowledge management and seeks to clarify the role of knowledge management processes in developing the organization's innovative capacity.

Knowledge creation, acquisition, transfer, exchange and use, especially implicit ones, whether from internal or external sources and within interactive relationships has an effect and a big importance in Innovation, through its contribution to solving problems and difficulties, introducing new methods of management, improving the production process technically and providing new products or services because they are a source of value creation and a competitive advantage.
