This study is intended to highlight the relationship between the exchange rate and the economic growth of North African countries by following the method of standard analysis of long or included data, to identify the variables of the study and their development during the study period, - The extreme importance of modern statistical methods represented in the models of "Banel", which makes it easy to study a set of sections in one model with the possibility of showing differences between them and the effects of each section.

- The tests of differentiation between the models of "PANEL" that the model of random effects is the appropriate model for this study.

- The model of random effects is the appropriate model for studying the relationship between exchange rate and economic growth.

- The absence of synchronous integration between the study variables.

- There is no causal relationship between the two variables.
