The aim of this article is to study the reality of economic corruption in Algeria and its different forms.
Corruption is defined as the abuse of power in order to achieve a private gain, Where corruption consumes most of the resources allocated to fund projects through bribes and suspicious transactions and misappropriation of funds and smuggling them and re-evaluation of projects, Tax and customs evasion, and What confirms this is a low-level of Algeria in the global corruption indicators Where Algeria occupied ranked 108 out of 176 countries in 2016,and It is too late arranged that reflect the extent of corruption in the state and most of the deals and development projects are subject to at least some kind of corruption
