The twenty-first century has known a radical change due to the qualitative changes created by globalization, which consist of increasing competition and the emergence of economic blocs and the growing role of the World Trade Organization, all these factors have led to intense competition on the local and international levels, which oblige companies to adapt to new situations to ensure survival and continuity, thus, companies are racing to achieve and sustain competitive advantage through outstanding economic performance.

As a result, models and tools of strategic analysis, which was initially based on external analysis (economic and industrial), has changed, to focus on internal analysis of the company, which tends to achieve excellence competitive factors through internal resources, particularly human resources.

Hence, emerged the importance of strategic management as a strategic asset and source of sustainable competitive advantage.

In this context, Algeria embarked on an extensive economic reform program since 1988, where company has an integrated strategy vision to achieve a competitive advantage through the effective management of the intellectual and human capital.
