Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify ownership level of the basic stage teachers in the second region schools of Irbid education directorate to the multiple intelligences dimensions and its relation to happiness level.

The study population consists of )946( teachers where selected a sample of (256) teachers by the available random method.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the McKenzie scale for multiple intelligences and the Oxford scale of happiness were used.

The results showed that the teachers multiple intelligences came at a high level except linguistic/ verbal intelligence.

Happiness level of teachers was at a medium level.

There was statistically significant positive correlation between teachers’ estimations on the intelligence diminutions: musical, interpersonal, physical, verbal, and imaginative, and between their estimations on the whole happiness scale.

There was no statistically significant correlation between the natural intelligence and happiness as a whole.

The study recommended to satisfy the self-esteem needs and social respect, and encourage to practice the multiple intelligences patterns by the basic stage teachers, which gives positive emotional atmosphere among the teachers feeling them happy.
