Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which science teachers used the method of surveying in the teaching of science among primary school students in Palestinian and Jordanian schools.

The aim of this study was to determine whether each variable (gender and scientific qualification) has a role in the extent to which science teachers use the method of inquiry in teaching science for students in basic grades in Palestinian and Jordanian schools.

The study dealt with four dimensions to indicate the importance of using the survey method in education and its role in achieving the educational goals and the professional growth of the teacher and assessment of students' learning, their behavior and the role of the classroom environment in the success of this pattern.
