The aim of this study is to to develop a standard model showing to what extent some macroeconomic indicators like (domestic investment, government expenditure, inflation, GDP) have responded to the impact of employment in Algeria during the period 1990-2017 .
Based on the method of joint integration and using Eviews10; the results show that there is a positive relationship between government expenditure and employment and a negative relation between inflation and employment in Algeria, which is the opposite of the economic theory.
the appropriate model that links employment in Algeria to the independent variables in the studied period is government spending and inflation.
