Abstract EN

The general aim of this study is to know the effect of L.M.D system on the organizational culture of Algerian university according to the answers of teachers on a questionnaire by a faculty , teaching years , occupation , educational qualification and the rank.

Aftet that , the following partial assumtions have been put forward from the general hypothesis and there is a positive effect to apply L.M.D system on the organizational culture of the Algerian university through the views a sample of Laghouat professors university after the introduction of partial hypothesisThere is a positive effect to apply L.M.D system on the organizational culture of the Algerian university through the views a sample of laghoaut professors university .

After the introduction of partial hypothesis , there are differences between teachers in the organizational culture after applying L.M.D system with different faculty, teaching years occupation , educational qualification and different rank.

We relied on analytical descriptive approach .This study included a sample of the professors of the university of laghouat where the sampke consists of 205 person at the level of seven faculties ,ie 15 person per a faculty.

n addition to our reliance on the data collection tool.

We used a questionaire which is prepared by the researcher consists of eight dimensions and fort items for the study on a sample of professors of Laghouat universtiy in the begining of January untill the end of March 2017.

We arrived through the results attached to it as well as for partial hypothesis that didn't materialize.

We concluded that there is no differences between professors in the prganizational culture with the differentof ( faculty , teaching years , occupation , educational qualification and the rank)
