The aim of this study was to identify the reality of the application of educational accountability in the first Zarqa schools in Jordan from the point of view of the principals of the schools working in it.

The study population consists of the directors of the first Zarqa first schools.

The sample consisted of (147) In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher prepared a relevant questionnaire and verified the validity of the tool by presenting it to a committee of arbitrators.

Pearson's tool (0.84) while the Cronbach Alpha (.81) is acceptable values for such measures.

The results of the study were analyzed using statistical averages, standard deviations, grades and estimations of the axes of the scale, while the analysis of the single variance was used to indicate the differences between the estimates of the sample members of the study sample.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (a >0.05) The sample of the study of human resources and human relations, in terms of sex, except for the field of material resources.

The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a >0.05) in favor of females in this field.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (a >0.05)) between the estimates of the sample of the human relations field for the variable of experience, while there were statistically significant differences at the level of (a >0.05)0f 5 years and above and shows that increased experience makes the manager more knowledgeable in following up on his work.

The results showed statistically significant differences at the level of (a >0.05)between the estimates of the sample of the sample of the human resources and material resources due to the variable of the basic stage, while there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (a >0.05)Humanity, attributed to the variable phase in the application of educational accountability.

The researcher also made some recommendations
