The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of diversity management practice on the level of positiveness among the employees of Al-Aqsa University in Gaza by proposing a multi-linear model to describe the relationship of effectiveness.

The researcher followed the descriptive method to achieve the aims of the study.

The study tools included two questionnaires to measure the degree of practicing diversity management and to determine the level of positiveness.

The sample of the study is composed of 242 academic and administrative staff at Al-Aqsa University.

The study showed that the degree of practicing diversity management was moderate, with a relative weight of 58.2%.

It also showed that the level of positiveness scored a mean weight of 58.6%.Moreover, The study showed that there were no statistical differences in the grades of the sample of the averages of diversity management and that the level of positivness is attributed to any of the variables of the study.

The study made it clear that the dimensions of diversity management have a clear effect on the level of positivness but with different portions where providing a Secure environment to encourage creativity is the most important dimension of diversity management that affect positivness, while the least influential is discentralization of leadership.

The study recommended that employees should be actively involved in university development processes to make decisions about it and to take advantage of the proposed model( as it is or after amendment) in measuring and determining the level of positivness of employees and the impact of the administrative leadership styles to maintain the excellence and superiority of the university.
