Abstract EN
This study aim is to clarify the correlation between investment in human capital and the competitive advantage of economic enterprises.
through this study, we find that investment in human capital has become an imperative dictated by the globalization to combat internal and external competition and the advanced technology environment through the development of educational and training curricula to achieve the compatibility between university outputs and the needs of the enterprise.

L'objectif de cette étude est de clarifier la corrélation entre l'investissement dans le capital humain et l'avantage concurrentiel des entreprises économiques.
À travers cette étude, nous constatons que l’investissement dans le capital humain est devenu un impératif dicté par la mondialisation pour lutter contre la concurrence interne et externe et l’environnement technologique avancée, par le biais de la mise au point de programmes d’enseignement et de formation visant d’assurer la compabilité entre les outputs des universités et les besoins des entreprises.
