Abstract EN
The current study aimed at identifying the reality of the application of e-hrm in Jordanian public universities .
in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (42) paragraphs was developed ,it was applied on the study sample consisting of (240) academic leaders.the results of the study showed that the reality was average in all fields, except the field of wages and incentives which was of high degree.
