Abstract EN
The study aims to identify the relationship of transformational leadership in the management of the organizational conflict.
in order to reach this objective, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the study sample (telecom Algeria workers ) for the purpose of data collection.
the statistical analysis of this study has been relying on the SPSS program .the findings of the study show that there are statistically significant relationships between transformational leadership and conflict management, idealized influence and conflict management, inspirational motivation and conflict management, , intellectual simulation and conflict management, and between individual attention and conflict management.

L'étude visait à déterminer la relation entre le leadership transformationnel et gestion des conflits organisationnels.
pour atteindre cet objectif, un questionnaire a été élaboré et distribué à l’échantillon de l’étude (des travailleurs algérie télécom) aux fins de la collecte de données.
l’analyse statistique de cette étude s’appuie sur le programme spss*.
les résultats de l'étude montrent qu'il existe des relations statistiquement significatives entre le leadership transformationnel et gestion des conflits, l'influence idéalisée et gestion des conflits, la motivation inspirante et la gestion des conflits, la simulation intellectuelle et gestion des conflits et entre l'attention individuelle et gestion des conflits.
