The administrative communication is considered one of the principal and the crucial elements in the school.

That is because the school as an organization consists of different actors; inside and outside of it; they exchange information and send administrative letters between them in order they achieve their tasks aiming to realize the school goals.

Although the modern technology has contributed in facilitating the communication process, reducing the required charges, time and efforts; in case of an organizational problem in the institute; the first thing that affected on this school is its communicational system.

Thus, 'non-communication' arises between its members, and then it affects their performance.

Hence, we try through this study to recognise the actuality of the administrative communication and its impact on performance.

In order to achieve the purposes of the study; the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method.

He implemented the questionnaire and interview tools.

The study sample included (194) individuals, and five oral interviews.

It reached that the actuality of administrative communication and the functional performance of the employees in administrative school in Ghardaia showed a high level.

The results also showed a significant correlation at the level of significance (a=0.01) between administrative communication and the performance of the employees working in the school administration in Ghardaia.
