The school is an institution of social upbringing.

It is ranked second after the family in terms of importance, because of its specialties that makes it unique compared to other social institutions.

Therefore, we tried to highlight some educational process elements to understand what is happening within educational institutions today, under the new reforms, to make it a model institution subject to international standards at least.

From re-examining the issues of educational interaction between the teachers, the student, the educational medium, which we represented in the pedagogic methods.

Therefore, the more positive is the educational interaction between the three elements, the closer the school is to the fun for the student.

Moreover, the more the method is built in one vertical direction from the teacher down to the learner without any signs of dialogue and discussion, the more this institution has brought boredom and aversion.

Thus, we move away from achieving the educational goals and objectives set in the beginning.

So, this paper seek to clarify these bets with a kind of in-depth analysis based mainly on interviews and observations derived mainly from the educational field.
