Abstract EN

This research based on the popular proverbs and their role in the process of socialization through a field approach on a sample of children and youth, to monitor the most important proverbs they know and discuss in their daily lives.

The results of this study show that popular proverbs increase the social and moral values of society and give young people the common social behaviors and relational models, and on the other hand, some popular proverbs embody the utilitarianismvalues and call for violence in various forms.
